The wine is vinified in French oak barrels and aged on its lees. This is a full and harmonious version of Vermentino. Its typically aromatic, but complemented with hints of savory marcona almonds and sweet spices. Pair it with grilled sardines over bomba rice fried with garlic, tomatoes and onions.
