The bronze depicts a remarkably lifelike zebra, or more likely an exceptionally rare model of a Quagga: a Zebra like animal that went extinct in the 1880s. This piece is in remarkable condition, the vibrancy of the cold painted decoration without almost any fading. The bronze most likely created for
